  1. What services do you offer?
    We offer all types of nail services for hands and feet. Waxing for eyebrows and eyelashes.
  2. What are your hours of operation?
    Mondays-Saturday 9:30am-5:30pm
  3. How do I book an appointment?
    Walk-ins preferred. But you can call (702) 463-0181 to check if we are available.
  4. How far in advance do I need to book an appointment?
    Same day is ok.
  5. How long does each service take?
    For nails 30 minutes to an hour per service.
  6. What should I do to prepare for my appointment?
    Make sure hands and feet are clean for nail services. If waxing makes sure you have no makeup on and have not had any kind of peels lately.
  7. What products do you use?
    We have many top-of-line gel products.
  8. What is your cancellation policy?
    Please call us to cancel or if you will be late. We typically take the next customer if you are more than 5 minutes late.
  9. Do you offer any specials or packages?
    We have several types of pedicures.
  10. What types of payment do you accept?
    Cash, credit, Venmo and Zelle.
  11. How often should I get my nails done?
    For acrylics, a lot of our clients come in once to twice a week for fills. But generally whenever chipping starts.
  12. Can I bring my own nail polish?
    Yes.
  13. Do you offer gel or acrylic nail services?
    We do both.
  14. How long do gel or acrylic nails last?
    They typically last around 2 weeks give or take, depending on how much you use your hands.
  15. How can I take care of my nails at home?
    Do not pick at them or bump and scratch them against hard surfaces. If you wash your hands or lift heavy things, we recommend using gel polishes.
  16. What is the difference between a manicure and a pedicure?
    A manicure is a service for your hands and natural nails, and a pedicure is for your feet and toenails.
  17. How often should I get a manicure or pedicure?
    Once to twice a month if you just want clean trimmed nails. Depends on how fast your nails grow.
  18. What should I expect during my first visit to your salon?
    One of our nail techs will greet you. Unless you have a specific person in mind, the next available tech will call on you.
  19. Do you offer gift certificates?
    Yes.
  20. Do you have a loyalty program?
    Not at the moment.
